Future Developments
Present and Future
Humble Homes Development is currently in Phase One of its' plan to develop affordable homes in the 800 – 900 square foot range to serve our key demographic groups of veterans and seniors.

Phase Two is a long-term developmental project to build new 850 square foot smaller homes to be in a small subdivision using exciting new building technology.

Humble Homes Development, LLC is committed to making a difference in the communities that we serve and to that end, we celebrate humanity by operating in an inclusive and diverse way. We are also interested in building strategic partnerships to help eradicate homelessness. We will be identifying exciting new building technology to complete some of our planned projects.
